Of course we have to find something that we both like and it's not easy. I'm afraid to lost opportunities! But I know that there is more than one perfect house for everyone. Hang in there, eventually we will find a home we both love..or at least like...
The first house was not very nice. Now I understand the reason why the real estate had only one photo in her website. The bathrooms were old and ugly, the kitchen was horrible, only the big entrance was bright and really smart.
But the 3° house below is absolutely my fave.
This is the building's entrance. It's all new...you can still see some boxes here and there...but it's all so pretty and fresh.
Ok, I know that these pics are not so good but this house is really nice. Above you can see a part of the living room, it's really cozy and bright. There's also a great view, you can see the historic centre of my city over there.
There is only one bathroom but for two persons is fine, and there is also a little laundry room and a little storage room (that is a great thing for me!). There are two very nice bedroom, the first one is a mansard (so cute) and the other one has a pretty little balcony.
Here the "kitchen", it's an open space. Obviously I would like to take a Ikea's kitchen and I know the exact model.
Now we have to wait...but we are working on it...cross your fingers!

We Americans no nothing about 'bring your own kitchen'. Our home prices are based off the price and condition of the kitchen.
Ikea is the smartest way to go.
