Holidays break

I am officially ready to relax and enjoy the Christmas holiday!

Christmas break is a time for fun, food and family and no one knows this better than me. On Christmas day, I will wake up and open up presents with my mom’s side of the family and then eat a big Christmas lunch.

This holiday season, I will be traveling up to London and I can't wait! I will be back online early January with many, many photos from my trip.

I do wish you all a joyous time with your own families! Thanks you all for your support and love during this year.
Wish you very Merry Christmas.

Another weekend ended...

Saturday morning when I woke up I found a nice surprice...snow everywhere!

So I decided that it was the perfect time to stay at home, make my homeworks and bake something.

Inspired by "Love lives in the Kitchen" I decided to bake some banana & chocolate chips muffins.

In the afternoon we took a hot tea with some friends, then we went out all together for a walk.

On Sunday evening we had a great Christmas dinner at my friend's house.

The candles and the Christmas decorations have created a warm atmosphere. She's "famous" for her gorgeous Christmas tree.

My friend Gaia is a fantastic hostess, she cooked delicius meals and many sweets. Her table setting was sensational, she's always a source of great inspiration!

Only 4 days and it's Christmas...can you believe it??

The art of packaging

This morning I came across these unbelievably gorgeous images. What better inspiration for our Christmas presents?

I can't stop looking at them! Leslie's "color me pretty" posts are always fantastic, she surprises me and delights me every time. These ribbons are to kill for! The great news is that you can find them at Selvedge website (next week I will leave for London and I must visit their store!).

More I look them and more they leave me breathless. I love this simple color combo.

Les Clos des Songes

Browsing one of my favorite online magazine, E-Mag Deco, I discovered Le Clos des Songes, a charming hotel located in Asperes.

The owner, Stèphane, is originally from Paris, his dream come true, this charming maison d'hotes.

He loves beautiful objects, and he offers a lovely boutique inside the hotel.  You can buy some of the objects and small furniture that are inside the rooms. This is an original and nice idea. You can also find the different wines, olive oil and other delicatessen you have tasted during your stay.

In this big table you can taste the delicious three course meals with local fresh products....this sounds fantastic!

Rustic and luxury & Giveaway's Winner

Good morining girls, relax and take a moment for these rooms. They're one of the more beautiful interiors I've seen in awhile. You'll see why below.

This large table, the colors, the details, give this room a unique French touch.

This cozy living room would be an ideal place to chill and read a book or my favorite magazine.

This passage is incredible. Breathtaking.

Greys and purple are a gorgeous combination, très chic.

Holiday Decor

Good morning everybody, first I want to thank you all for your kind comments. Your support means a lot to me and make me want to continue this blogger adventure! That means a lot, seriously.

Decorating our homes for Christmas is a wonderful way to catch the spirit of the holiday season, don't you think?
Pinecones, ornaments, candles, ribbon, my home is full of these holiday items! For this year I choose whites and silver, with splashes of red and green.

Red is one of the classic colors for Christmas, here you've saw how they've used it all around these rooms. It's time to venture down to the garage and sort out all of our Christmas decorations! Good luck!
P.s. Ok, I know, I'm a little bit obsessed with Christmas...is there anyone else out there like me?
