Cupcakes Kits~Meri Meri

The other day I came across these adorable cupcakes kits by Meri Meri.

I'm totally in love with them! Each set includes 24 baking cups and 24 assorted cupcake toppers.

Like many of you out there, I am planning on baking several dozen cupcakes  and cookies for this Easter. If you don't have the time to buy these you can download these pretty printable Easter cupcake toppers!

I’ve been so busy for the past few weeks I have barely had time to keep up with all of my favorite food blogs and last night I did and I found these lovely kits.

Hello. My name is Fai. I'm from Thailand, but right now I'm currently living in Toronto, Canada. I have a small jewelry shop on etsy name Cocoa Chu Chu. I define my jewelry as everyday simple with a touch of whimsical :)

How did you get started making your beautiful jewelry?

I think I started making jewelry as gifts for my family and friends. It made me so happy to see how much they love them when they receive the gifts. I couldn't stop making them ever since. I wish I could see my customers' happy faces when they receive them too!

Any advice for friends who are wanting to start their own shop?

When I first started off, I tried doing as much research as possible. Etsy forum and etsy blog are such good places to stick around. They give great advices and how-to. Etsy members are really nice and helpful to answer your questions too.

Ambiance de charme

Today is a perfect day here in Bologna, the sun is shining and the temperature is great. Finally!

I am always on a quest to find new places to eat and yesterday I came across this place. It's just 20 minutes by car from my city and I must try it.

Such a beautiful place with a romantic provencal atmosphere.

Delicious starters and main courses with fresh fish, and strictly seasonal vegetables, expertly prepared and cooked by the Chef. Different set for each table, different fabrics and different cutlery. Definitely a place to see.

Hi!  My name is Cat.  I am the creater of BrideBlu, a sweet, sparkling jewelry line intended to celebrate the "special" in everyday.  I also have an "alter ego" jewelry shop called rockpapersilver.  My materials of choice are Swarovski crystals (hello...I love how they sparkle with even the tinsiest bit of light!), vintage findings, and inspiring charms.  If I could pick two words to describe my work they would be sweet and sparkley!  When I am not designing jewelry or blogging Bride Blu you are likely to find me playing cards (you name the game, I will belly up to the table :)), watching comedies, and enjoying qt with my husband and our friends.  I enjoy reading, crafting, flying (my husband is a pilot), and coffee (black!).  I would classify myself as a romantic (but not hopeless:)) and try to live each day to the fullest.  One of my favorite quotes is "Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take but rather by the moments that take your breath away"...so true!

How did you get started making your amazing unique jewelry?

The idea behind brideblu accessories stems from my love for nostalgia and the general belief that special things shouldn't be soley reserved for special moments.  The entire line is dressy enough to wear with special occassion ensembles (gowns, cocktail dresses, formal attire) but simple enough to dress up an "everyday" look.  This is were the "nostalgia" comes in...I like to think of my pieces being worn again...recelebrating memories and creating new ones along the way.

Sweet Treats

Good morning my lovelies! The sun is shining here in Italy! Spring seems to be too close!

Inviting friends at home is a tradition of Italian hospitality and meeting with friends for an aperitive is another tradition that we like to pursue. Sunday evening some friends came to our home to celebrate the birthday of one of my best friend and our engagement!

I prepared a little basket full of sweet treats for them.
